What Our Clients Say
-
Excellent service and experience. - We booked our trip with Charles several months in advance. He took all of our ideas and requests into consideration and was a great communicator. He stuck within our budget... read more and was willing to cooperate with other tour agencies in Tanzania to make our dream of seeing both countries a possibility. Our lodging was acceptable, clean, and better than expected. We had a private Toyota off road vehicle with guide and we’re able to get up close and personal with all the animals in the parks. The food at the lodges was nothing to write home about, but this is to be expected. We did ask to try local food and our guide, Patrick, happily obliged us by driving us to a local town for traditional Kenyan food. Patrick was so personable and knowledgeable and knew EXACTLY where to go to find the best views of all the animals in the reserves. We always felt safe. Our final day, Charles and Ben have us a great day in downtown Nairobi. We would highly recommend this company.
December 8, 2022Charles and his team organized an amazing and unforgettable tour for us.
Patrick our guide was an excellent driver and he had good connections in all parks we... read more visited to the other guides, so we got a lot of information where to find the “big 5”. Already after 2 days we saw them all.
Patrick and Charles are very gentle persons and the lodges they have selected for us have been excellent.
We started the trip in Nairobi, then 3 days Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, 3 days Ambroseli, Tsavo East and Tsavo West. Patrick dropt us off in Watamu at the Indian Ocean.
We all have been really happy to travel with Patrick and we really can recommend Nature Point Africa, they took perfectly care on us and made Kenya an unforgettable memory.

Exceptional Service and Phenomenal Experience - Charles and his team at Naturepoint Africa provided the best customer service imaginable and the most phenomenal execution of the plans requested. I explained to Charles everything I wanted to... read more do and see on our 10-day group trip to Kenya and he executed the requests flawlessly. We spent a few days in Nairobi, Lake Naivasha, and the Masa Mara, and everything turned
out perfect. Through each activity and excursion that was on my long list, Charles and his team were attentive, patient, engaging, and prompt; and did it all with huge smiles on their faces. This trip was more like spending time with family and friends, and it was hard to see it end. On our final day, it was hard to say our goodbyes, and the group didn’t want the trip to end. We are currently planning our return for next year to do it all again!
August 16, 2022A short birding safari in Kenya - We had a week to spend in Kenya and as a birder I wanted to visit a couple of different habitats. Charles was able to accommodate our plans to... read more stay in the forest on Mount Kenya and in the dry bush of Buffalo Springs Nature Reserve. He was quick to respond to any emailed questions and was able to find us an alternative lodge when our original one became unavailable.
John, our driver and guide, was excellent with a great knowledge of the mammals and good knowledge of the birds we encountered. His driving was safe and unexciting (just what I want from an East African driver). We had many interesting discussions comparing Kenyan and Tanzanian culture. The safari car was a fine beast with power points for charging our assorted gadgets.
The only hiccup was on the last day when John didn't realise we were owed lunch. This was sorted out without fuss however and we were fed and delivered back to our Nairobi hotel in good shape. We were collected on time the next morning and dropped at our bus back to Tanzania.
You won't regret booking a safari with Charles and his colleagues at Naturepoint Africa.
