I did my research on Charles and his company and I felt somewhat comfortable. I sent him a message, and what made me really comfortable was the quick response (with an itinerary in place). From the day I made contact with Charles to the time I spent in Africa, he was very consistent and he fulfilled all our request, even the ones which had nothing to do with the Safari. When we arrived in Kenya Charles was at the airport ready and waiting. Charles along with his other colleagues, Kelvin the taxi driver and Patrick the Safari Driver were all amazing. Our trip went well and like I said they were at the beck and call of all our request. Our trip could not have been this amazing without Charles and his crew! Excellent service and experience. - We booked our trip with Charles several months in advance. He took all of our ideas and requests into consideration and was a great communicator. He stuck within our budget... read more and was willing to cooperate with other tour agencies in Tanzania to make our dream of seeing both countries a possibility. Our lodging was acceptable, clean, and better than expected. We had a private Toyota off road vehicle with guide and we’re able to get up close and personal with all the animals in the parks. The food at the lodges was nothing to write home about, but this is to be expected. We did ask to try local food and our guide, Patrick, happily obliged us by driving us to a local town for traditional Kenyan food. Patrick was so personable and knowledgeable and knew EXACTLY where to go to find the best views of all the animals in the reserves. We always felt safe. Our final day, Charles and Ben have us a great day in downtown Nairobi. We would highly recommend this company.
