From the time we were met outside of the airport in Nairobi until the time we were dropped off, I could not imagine a better trip than with these 2 guys. Originally we were 2 couples traveling together but at the last minute the other couple had a tragic accident occur so we were alone. We went to so many places, and saw so many wonderful things. I never saw a person work so hard for us. Charles is easy to deal with, was always honest in his approach, and in the couple of times I decided I knew best, I was wrong and he was right. Duh. He took our ideas of what we wanted and worked up a custom itinerary that was amazing. We saw the big 5, the ugly 5, the fantastic 5 and 240 species of birds. We learned bird calls, animal calls and a few words of Kikuyu. We loved every place that Charles gave us. He offered us choices and let us decide on what we wanted. Because it was the 2 of us and we were not crammed up 8 to a bus, we could stop as long as we wanted to to watch a hunt or watch baby lions nurse their mamas. They enjoyed the animals as much as we did and that was so obvious. We wanted to eat some "real" African food and they took us a couple of times to places that they go with their families and the food was excellent. We felt safe, comfortable and at ease with them at all times. It was wonderful to have 2 people there with us rather than just a driver because everyone couple spot for game. That was a Godsend. I did see groups just bypass us while we were looking at the best stuff ever. I was a former travel agent many years ago and I travel a fair amount. This, was spectacular...not just because of the country, which was warm and accepting, but because we started as clients and ended up as friends. I suspect this would happen to most people that he would take out on a safari. I wouldn't change a thing.

I explained to Charles everything I wanted to... read more do and see on our 10-day group trip to Kenya and he executed the requests flawlessly. We spent a few days in Nairobi, Lake Naivasha, and the Masa Mara, and everything turned
out perfect. Through each activity and excursion that was on my long list, Charles and his team were attentive, patient, engaging, and prompt; and did it all with huge smiles on their faces. This trip was more like spending time with family and friends, and it was hard to see it end. On our final day, it was hard to say our goodbyes, and the group didn’t want the trip to end. We are currently planning our return for next year to do it all again!

  Nature Point Safari for the win!!! - I found Charles on Facebook while looking for a travel agent to help with our Africa trip. Charles came about after all failed attempts, therefore, I was very skeptical about... read more who I choose as the time was getting closer. I did my research on Charles and his company and I felt somewhat comfortable. I sent him a message, and what made me really comfortable was the quick response (with an itinerary in place). From the day I made contact with Charles to the time I spent in Africa, he was very consistent and he fulfilled all our request, even the ones which had nothing to do with the Safari. When we arrived in Kenya Charles was at the airport ready and waiting. Charles along with his other colleagues, Kelvin the taxi driver and Patrick the Safari Driver were all amazing. Our trip went well and like I said they were at the beck and call of all our request. Our trip could not have been this amazing without Charles and his crew! I would recommend Charles to anyone who is looking for an African Safari trip. I have no complaints, none at all! Awesome guide, awesome trip!

  Excellent service and experience. - We booked our trip with Charles several months in advance. He took all of our ideas and requests into consideration and was a great communicator. He stuck within our budget... read more and was willing to cooperate with other tour agencies in Tanzania to make our dream of seeing both countries a possibility. Our lodging was acceptable, clean, and better than expected. We had a private Toyota off road vehicle with guide and we’re able to get up close and personal with all the animals in the parks. The food at the lodges was nothing to write home about, but this is to be expected. We did ask to try local food and our guide, Patrick, happily obliged us by driving us to a local town for traditional Kenyan food. Patrick was so personable and knowledgeable and knew EXACTLY where to go to find the best views of all the animals in the reserves. We always felt safe. Our final day, Charles and Ben have us a great day in downtown Nairobi. We would highly recommend this company.
