2 Nights Masai Mara
You will be picked by our team member from your Nairobi hotel/residence after breakfast or at the airport at 0700hrs and drive through the spectacular Great Rift Valley with a stop-over at the escarpment view point en-route to Masai Mara. Your arrival will be in time for lunch. At 1600hrs – 1830hrs you will enjoy your first evening game drive; our guide will take you through the reserve where you will be surprised by the high concentration of wild animals in this reserve. Here herds of elephants roam freely, wildebeest, buffalos, impalas, Thomson’s gazelles and Zebra’s graze in their numbers. Big cats are not hard to spot either including the elusive leopard, it is one of the few places you are guaranteed to spot the famous Big Five on a single morning or afternoon. Enjoy your dinner in your camp/lodge as you spend the first night inside the park.

Your first full day out in the wilds of Africa starts with a game drive after breakfast. The Masai Mara is home to over three million mammals, meaning your chances of spotting the animals you’ve travelled so far to see is high. The plains are filled with herds of buffalo and zebra, and a visit between June and October should enable you to bear witness to the legendary migrations across the grasslands. Lunch will be served in the park, next to the Mara River, affording you the maximum time venturing through the landscape and chance to encounter the stunning creatures that live here. Following lunch, you can take the opportunity to partake in the optional activity of visiting a Masai village. The people who have called the Masai Mara home since time immemorial have developed a special, almost symbiotic relationship with the land and creatures of the area. They will greet you with a traditional song and dance, and allow you chance to walk around the village, learn of their culture, and visit one of their homes. It’s an experience not available to many and carries an extra fee of just $20 per person. Evening time will see you return to your camp or lodge and have dinner served.
This day of your safari includes:
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Drinks: Drinking Water, other drinks are extra.

To say goodbye to the Masai Mara you will have en-route game drive after your breakfast, as you depart from the plains. Chances to see the fauna of the African plains are on offer one last time, before departing to Nairobi. You can choose a hotel, residence, or airport drop off, depending on your plans.
As you finish your Kenyan safari, your day will include:
